Refund Policy

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message at support@babylubag.com.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@babylubag.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Customers will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not issue ANY refunds if:

  • your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
